The National Center for Lesbian Rights (NCLR) is launching a campaign called #HealthcareIsCaring to raise awareness about the importance of gender-affirming care for transgender youth.
The campaign aims to combat harmful legislation that is banning gender-affirming care for young trans people in conservative states across the U.S.
NCLR has successfully challenged state bans on medical care for transgender adolescents in Alabama, Florida, and Kentucky. [ more ]
